Methane Digesters and Anaerobic Digesters for Biogas |

Many ranchers and farmers are turning to Methane Digesters for biogas production. Farms with orchards, row crops, gardens, algae grown in ponds, and livestock units, collect a substantial amount of agricultural materials that are considered as waste. Such waste may be collected daily as with manure or seasonally as with the harvesting of grain crops, or trimming of fruit bearing plants, and processing of collected objects such as seeds, leaves, twigs, and bruised fruits and vegetables, that are not market quality. Our methane digester has a single reservoir in which agricultural materials (biomass) are placed for processing to derive methane biogas as a fuel product to produce electricity, and to reduce or even eliminate the agricultural waste volume by its near complete digestion, thus reducing its environmental impact to farming operations. Additional biomass may be added at any time without disturbing the airlock, which prevents contamination. The objective is to produce a continuous stream of methane gas for energy purposes without having to use two or more separate reservoirs or to have to interrupt the processing in a single reservoir to add new material.
Our Methane Refinement System can refine methane from raw biogas produced in the anaerobic digester. The desirable gas methane may initially be only sixty percent of the raw gas. The refinement system removes the contaminants thus purifying the methane for use as a fuel.
