Our ethanol stills (alcohol still) allow for a continuous alcohol distillation process called fractional distillation to occur. Our ethanol stills have a either a distillation column attached to the distillation still, or as seen in the picture to the left, a vacuum distillation apparatus.
The alcohol fermentation units (which can be provided by you or us) are started at scheduled intervals and in multiples according to the scale desired for ethanol production.
The tanks are tapped according to the schedule for processing of the ethanol and the mass ingredients are fed to the ethanol distillation processor.
The fermentation units are then refilled to start a new cycle of operations. Production at the ethanol distillation unit site is continuous.
 Our ethanol distillation equipment is of the highest quality and made from 316 stainless steel (at various gauges depending upon unit size). Some of the distillation units are automated. Safety features have been implemented.
The units are shipped F.O.B. from San Diego within 6 weeks of ordering if there is not stock on our floor.
