Our Ethanol Stills allow a continuous alcohol distillation by a distillation process called fractional distillation. Our ethanol stills have a distillation column attached to the distillation still. The alcohol fermentation units (which can be provided by you or us) are started at scheduled intervals and in multiples according to the scale desired for ethanol production. The tanks are tapped according to the schedule for processing of the ethanol and the mass ingredients are fed to the ethanol distillation processor. The fermentation units are then refilled to start a new cycle of operations. Production at the ethanol distillation unit site is continuous. Our ethanol distillation equipment is of the highest quality and made from 316 stainless steel (10 gauge). The units are shipped within 6 weeks of ordering if there is not stock on our floor.
