Our Biodiesel Processor produces biodiesel that meets the ASTM D-6751 specification.  The equipment is designed and built in accordance with requirements appearing in MIL-STD-1472, and is complemented with material from other Human Factors Design Guides. 

The procedure is automatic with integrated components, and conducted in batches.  The biodiesel processor is portable with a small footprint (5' L x 10' W x 10' H), intricate piping, it is aesthetically pleasing and has unique safety and environmental features.  Human engineering principles for operation and maintenance, along with health and safety issues, are specifically addressed.  Specific consideration is given to controls, displays, marking, labeling, biomechanics, workspace design, environment, design for maintainer, recommended clearances around equipment operator's station, user-computer interface, hazards and safety. 

The system capacity is 450 gallons of biodiesel fuel per batch with each batch taking three hours forty-five minutes, producing 1,000,000 gallons of fuel per year. The assumed amount of operating days per year is 350. The machine hours are 8400.
